BGS has secured the services of a new convention decorating/drayage company for the upcoming annual conference. We have secured FREEMAN. Freeman is based out of Chicago and will provide services such as: move-in; set-up; dismantle; move-out; paper work and labels; and, an Exhibitor Service Kit that will be emailed to you as well as be on - line at the www.BKBG.com .

The “exhibitor service kit” has numerous forms and is standardized for Freeman. You will see items that may not pertain to us; please do not feel compelled to fill it out. Additionally, indicated on most of the forms it asks for your booth number. Please do not worry about filling this in. We do not have booth numbers until couple days after close of registration. Close of registration is Monday, August 13.
