Smoking Policy: The hotel and most of its rooms and facilities are 100% non-smoking. If you require a "Smoking Guest Room" there is a $20 per night addition to the group rate of $119. |

You may also contact the service desk at 800-433-1790 for assistance with reservations and ticket purchase. Use the Authorization Number A4692BR (there is a $20 service fee). United Airlines: To receive a special discount, book reservations online at www.united.com. Insert Offer Code ZMPJ455500 in the Offer Code box when searching for flights. There is no charge booking on line. If booking through a travel professional or through United Meetings, call 800-521-4041 and give them the following information: Agreement Code: 455500. Z Code: ZMPJ (there is a $20 service fee). Valid Travel Dates: September 2 through September10, 2012.

Parking at Property: Hyatt Regency O'Hare hotel charges for both self and valet parking. The current self-parking rate is $22.00 plus tax per vehicle, per night. Current overnight valet rate is $32.00 plus tax. |
